The criteria for postgraduate admission to our BA
law programmes include the criteria for undergraduate
admission to those programmes

In addition,
the following criteria apply to postgraduate applicants:
For
those applying to take the BA programme over its full duration:
successful second BA applicants will normally be predicted to achieve
or have achieved
at least a good 2:1 class degree or equivalent, or, in the case of mature
applicants, at least a second class degree (normally at 2:1 level) or strong
and convincing evidence of the applicant's achievements and future promise at
an equivalent level to a good 2:1 degree.
For those applying to take
the BA programme with Senior Status (i.e. with exemption from
the first public examinations): successful second BA applicants will normally be predicted
to achieve or have achieved a
first class degree or equivalent, or, in the case of mature applicants, at
least a second class degree plus strong and convincing evidence of the
applicant's achievements and future promise at an equivalent level to a first
class degree.
