Speaker: Sir Arthur Watts, KCMG, QC

On Monday 15th November at 5.15pm, Sir Arthur Watts, KCMG, QC, will deliver New College's fourth Alec Roche Lecture in Public International Law. The theme is "International Law for the Twenty-first Century". Sir Arthur is a former Legal Advisor to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and a barrister specialising in international law. The lecture will be held in the Gulbenkian lecture theatre at St Cross Building, St Cross Road. There will an opportunity for questions after the lecture. It is expected to conclude around 7pm.
