The University of Oxford will host a moot against Exeter University in the first round of the OUP and BPP National Mooting Competition for 2009-2010. The problem involves issues of duty of care to protect against pure economic loss. All interested students are invited to watch the moot and support the Oxford team, comprising Joshua Folkard and Daniel Khoo (both from University College), in this national mooting competition. Light refreshments will be available.
