Ian Inshaw, The High Sheriff of Oxfordshire, has invited members of the Law Faculty to attend the Inaugural High Sheriff's Law Lecture to be given on the 14th of October 2008. The Lecture "The Family in the 21st Century: Exploding the Nuclear Myth" is to be given by Sir Mark Potter, President of the Family Division in the University Examination Schools at 3:45 pm followed by tea then The Court Sermon at 6pm in the presence of The Hon. Mr. Justice Bean at Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford. Tickets are available from Maureen O'Neill, Development Office or on the day at the Examinations School.
