Speaker: Dalia Dorner (Former Israeli Supreme Court Justice and Chair of the Israeli Press Council)

Justice Dalia Dorner served on the Israeli Supreme Court from 1994 to 2004. She currently serves as the chair of the Israeli Press Council. Her legal career began as a chief defense attorney and president of the northern command court of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). After leaving the IDF, she was nominated as a judge of the Beer-Sheba District court, where she resided for 5 years. She was then appointed to the Jerusalem District court and subsequently to the Israeli Supreme Court.
