	text:  larger  smaller		Hugh Beale Visiting Professor  Hugh Beale has been the Commercial Law and Common Law Commissioner at the Law Commission since 2000. While he has been at the Commission, reports in his area of responsibility have included Limitation of Actions, Unfair Terms in Contracts and Company Security Interests. He is also a Professor of Law at the University of Warwick, where he has taught since 1987.
