CUF Lecturer Jonathan Herring received a BA in Jurisprudence and a BCL at Oxford. He is a qualified (non-practising) solicitor. He has been a Fellow in Law and Director of Studies at New Hall, Cambridge and a Lecturer in Law at Christ Church, Oxford. He is presently a Fellow at Exeter College where he has been since 1999.
