Professor of the Law of Obligations James Edelman is a Fellow at Keble College and lecturer and Professor of the
Law of Obligations in the Faculty of Law. His teaching interests are in the
areas of unjust enrichment, trusts, contract, torts and Roman law. He teaches for exchange
programmes as an Adjunct Professor at Ohio State and Georgia Law Schools and is Conjoint Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of New South
Wales. He also practises as a barrister at One Essex Court in the area of commercial law.
